The following terms and conditions govern your use of the VPN services Passel Protect provides. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Passel. If a user does not agree to be bound to the terms and conditions, then access to Passel's services is prohibited.
Passel reserves the right to update these Terms. Unless otherwise stated, such changes shall be effective when they are posted. By using any Passel service you agree to Passel’s Privacy Policy and all of the the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Passel supplies a virtual private network support, ad-blocking capability, Encryption Services and anonymity networking to its users. You, the User, acknowledge that Passel (and any company or entity affiliated with Passel) will not be held liable for all liabilities arising from the use of Passel’s service.
By using Passel and any of its services you assert that you are fully competent and able to enter into and comply with the agreements stated in these Terms and Conditions. A user must also have a valid legal identity and be over eighteen years of age. The registration information you have provided Passel must be accurate and complete.


Passel offers an account which you can access for personal, private and commercial uses. Your account is for the uses comes with a non-exclusive license limited uses solely as set forth in these Terms and as set forth in any additional documentation or agreements applicable to the Services aquired by you. All intellectual property rights on Passel are owned by the Passel company and are protected by United States and International copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and other laws protecting intellectual property and related proprietary rights.

Conduct and Violations

Any User whose conduct while using Passel violates our Terms and Conditions and/or our Privacy Policy will have their account removed.
